  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all original tags and accessories

  • Show no visible signs of wear or damage

Sneaks reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose:

  • Store credit

  • A replacement product

  • A refund to the original payment method

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition releases

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged after delivery

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and sent back in original packaging with tags included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected after inspection.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties related to returned items.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Store Credit

Approved returns may also be refunded as store credit upon request.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases and does not expire.
